Non-Medical Transportation
Our non-medical transportation service ensures individuals with developmental disabilities can access essential appointments, community activities, day programs, and social engagements without barriers. We provide safe, reliable, door-to-door transportation with trained drivers who understand the unique needs of each individual.

Eligibility
Available to individuals enrolled in Ohio's DODD waiver programs, including the Individual Options (IO) and Level One waivers. A referral from your SSA or support coordinator is typically required.

HPC Services
Homemaker/Personal Care (HPC) services provide direct, in-home assistance to individuals who need support with daily living activities. Our compassionate staff work alongside individuals to build skills, maintain routines, and promote independence — all within the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

Eligibility
Available to individuals with a qualifying developmental disability diagnosis who are enrolled in an Ohio DODD waiver. Services are authorized through your Individual Service Plan (ISP) in coordination with your SSA.

Representative Payee
As a certified Representative Payee, Ryan's House Ltd. manages Social Security and SSI benefit payments on behalf of individuals who need assistance handling their finances. We ensure funds are used appropriately for the individual's care, housing, and well-being — providing transparent reporting and full accountability.
- Receipt and management of SSA/SSI benefit payments
- Payment of rent, utilities, and essential living expenses
- Budgeting and financial planning support
- Annual reporting to the Social Security Administration
- Transparent record-keeping and account statements
- Coordination with guardians, families, and case managers
Eligibility
Available to individuals who receive Social Security or SSI benefits and have been determined by the SSA to need a representative payee. Ryan's House Ltd. is an organizational payee recognized by the Social Security Administration.
